Rental Rates and Terms

$28/hr for Off-Peak Hours
$35/hr for Peak Hours  [Monday-Thursday 6pm-9pm and Saturday 9am-2pm]

Discount Options for Advanced Payments:
  • 8hrs in a single day pre-paid: 10% discount
  • 10 to 20hrs pre-paid: 10% discount
  • 20 to 30hrs pre-paid: 15% discount
  • 30hrs or more pre-paid: 20% discount
In addition, a special rate of $20/hr is available for private practices or personal training involving one or two people only, during off-peak hours  (only). Please contact us for more information.

Payment Terms:
  • 30% payment required in advance to hold rental (non-refundable)
  • total payment for rental term required prior to first use
Cancellations:
Rental payments are not refundable, but in case a class or event is cancelled after payment, the rental cost may be applied to a later date, up to 90 days from the original event date. We ask for at least one week advanced notice of the cancellation in order to apply the cost to a later date.


Please note that alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the studio.
